Powder based on an existing milk powder is prepared by blowing this in the form of a falling curtain through at least one jet of moist gas forcefully against a moving wall where it sticks. Subsequently, the product is dried and removed from the wall. Specifically, the powder is sprayed on between two moist gas jets. Suitable equipment is described. |
