Vegetable or animal fats are mixed with milk powder stabilisers, sweeteners, flavours, perfumes, dyes, fillers and emulsifiers, the emulsifier comprising at least one aliphatic hydroxy acid or derivative of an aliphatic hydroxy acid esterified glycerol mono or di-fatty acid ester or a partial glycol-fatty acid ester. e.g. glycerolactopalmitate and/or glycerolactostearate, glycerolactooleate, propylene glycol mono stearate and/or propylene glycol monopalmitate. |
