PURPOSE:To separate cut TOFU in a cut state as it is by cutting large TOFU, contracting expanding and shortening mechanism, reducing intervals between plural hanging members, operating pushing mechanism, pressing uncut TOFU to a lamellar vertical plate part and cutting. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 13 of expanding and shortening mechanism is contracted, intervals of between plural hanging members 11, 11a and 11b are reduced, a pressing block 14 of pushing mechanism is brought close to a plate piece 12, strip TOFU 6 is pushed against vertical plate parts 20 of lamellar pieces 2 until cutting knives 22 attached to the plate parts 20 are penetrated into slits 27 of the block 14 and cut into plural small TOFU 7. Then the air cylinder 13 is expanded, the distance between the members 11a and 11b are widened, the intervals between the members 11 are enlarged, distance between the plate piece 12 is extended and the TOFU 7 is mutually separated. |
