PURPOSE:To make possible to prepare fish paste enclosed in vessel completely sterilized without releasing of cover or leakage of ingredient by sealing solid vessel enclosing ground fish meat, etc., with cover, putting in rigid mold frame, fixing the cover with pressing board and sterilizing with heating. CONSTITUTION:Ground fish meat, etc., is packed in a solid vessel produced by using polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, etc., and a thin film-like cover laminated with a film having gas barrier property is thermally fused, then sealed. Said fish paste enclosed in vessel A is inserted into depressed part 6 of rigid mold frame 5 made of aluminum and a pressing board 10 is piled up, then fixed with stud bolt 11 and hexagon nut 12, etc. Said device B is sterilized by heating at 120-130 deg.C using heating source such as hot water or steam, and after cooling, taken out from the mold frame 5 to afford the objective fish paste enclosed in vessel. |
