PURPOSE:To prevent a duct from being blocked by bubbles and to control a very small flow rate without fail by providing a valve body to open/close a fluid route and intermittently or continuously driving this valve body. CONSTITUTION:When an opening/closing valve 4 rises up, water in a container passes through a valve seat 10 and arrives at a flow rate controller 5. In the flow rate controller 5, when electrification is executed by closing a switch, a notched part 24 of a valve body 18 is turned and a fluid route 15 is opened/ closed. Accordingly, since the notched part 24 of the valve body 18 is turned, even when gas such as air fused in liquid is generated as bubbles 30 with the change of a water temperature or pressure, the bubbles are hardly sticked to the valve body 18. Since the flow rate or opening/closing degree of a fluid exit in the flow rate controller 15 are successively changed, the bubbles are discharged from the flow rate controller 15 to an external part when the flow rate is at high speed, namely, the opening/closing degree is large. Then, the duct can be prevented from being blocked. |
