The present invention relates to an inclinable seat with pneumatic automatic control, particularly for a passenger transport vehicle. This seat comprises a double-acting pneumatic thrust cylinder 19 suitably connected to the frame 1 of the seat and to its seat part at its lower part, the said thrust cylinder allowing the translational movement of the seat cushion under the control of the seated passenger until the seat reaches the desired inclination. <IMAGE>
