<p>PURPOSE:To improve the monitoring reliability by carrying out an arithmetic processing after detection of the data related to the physical value of a subject to be monitored and comparing a fuzzy control signal with the prescribed value of the monitoring subject for output of an alarm signal and a trip signal. CONSTITUTION:A bearing temperature detecting means 7 detects the bearing temperature data theta related to the physical value of a motor to be monitored. A signal conversion means 8 converts the data into the data thetaTr which is used for an arithmetic processing. An arithmetic processing means 9 carries out a prescribed arithmetic processing to the data thetaTr and outputs this processing result to a fuzzy arithmetic processing means 10 as well as to a display means 11. Furthermore the means 9 decides a control signal to be outputted based on the fuzzy control output value received from the means 10. This control signal is compared with the 1st and 2nd prescribed values which are decided by the physical characteristics of the monitoring subject. Thus an alarm signal YOA and a trip signal YOT are outputted.</p> |
