PURPOSE:To miniaturize an element by absorbing light energy through light resonance absorption of a quinonediimine condition part within polyaniline, and making use of the conductivity of polyaniline changing by the energy being distributed into benzonoid amine condition part in a relaxing process, and its electronic conditions being excited. CONSTITUTION:A photoreceiver contains polyaniline wherein quinone=diimine condition part is 50-3mole%, benzonoid amine condition part is 90-40mole%, doped semiquinone radical condition part is 0-30mole%, and benzonoid anmonium salt condition part is 0-5mole%. And the quinone diimine condition part absorbs light energy upon light irradiation, and it is relaxed to the benzonoid amine condition part. In this case, the electronic conditions at the benzonoid amine condition part become the ones closely akin to the electronic conditions in the doped semiquinone radical conditions. Hereby, the element can be miniaturized.
