Apparatus giving the name of the day of a date for the Christian era, a Julian calendar and Gregorian calendar. The invention consists of four drums, the two end ones being stators, the two middle ones being rotors. Example, 15 August 1903. I select 19 in column E, the zero is aligned from G on this 19. August is found in K, and is aligned on H on the 3 of the blue colour. 15 is found at O and the day sought is obtained, which is Saturday. Account has been taken of the Gregorian leap year exceptions, and of the change in date by 11 days of 1582. <IMAGE>
