PURPOSE:To obtain the heat insulating container of an extractor so that coffee can be hardly boiled down by providing a flow-in port just under an opening provided on the bottom surface of a basket, and a valve which closes the flow-in port by a spring to be always operated in a closing direction, and a shape memory alloy spring to be operated in a direction against the energizing force of the spring according to the temperature of the extracted liquid in the cover of the heat insulating container. CONSTITUTION:When the coffee is extracted and dripped in a basket 6, the temperature of a shape memory alloy spring 26 achieves a set temperature and the energizing force is operated. By the energizing force of this shape memory alloy spring 26, a valve 25 energized by a spring 24 opens a flow-in port 23s of a cover 23 and the extracted liquid is accumulated in a heat insulating container 21. When the extraction in the basket 6 is finished and it is finished to drip-down the extracted liquid from the basket 6, the shape memory alloy spring 26 is cooled and the valve closes the flow-in port 23a of the cover 23 again by the energizing force of the spring 24. In such a state, the heat insulating material 21 is heated by a heat insulating heater 10. However, since the flow-in port 23a is closed even when the extracted liquid is heated, steam is hardly escaped and accordingly, the coffee is hardly boiled down. |
