PURPOSE:To safely use a coffee extractor in any condition and to obtain delicious water-dripped coffee by providing a heating panel, which is arranged in the lower direction of a dripping device, to receive dripped water, fixing a heating element to this heating panel, bending one part of the heating panel and providing a reset type thermostat whose heat sensing part is abutted on this bent part of the heating panel. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is turned on, a heating panel 18 is heated by a heater 20 since a reset type thermostat 23 is closed at a normal temperature. Next, an adjusting shaft 17 of a dripping device 15 is rotated and velocity is set so that one water drop can be dripped down about per second. Dripped liquid is heated at a medium temperature more than 50 deg.C by the heating panel 18 and dripped down on coffee powder. By dripping-down the water at the medium temperature, the coffee powder is steamed and a duct is formed in the coffee powder. Afterwards, the reset type thermostat 23 is closed. Then, since the duct is formed in the coffee powder even when the dripped liquid is cooled, the dripped liquid can be stably extracted until water in a tank 13 is exhausted afterwards. Then, the delicious coffee liquid is extracted. |
