CONSTITUTION:The objective composition obtained by mixing gravel, sand, clay, etc., with >=10wt.% powder, chips, etc., (preferably regulated to 1-3 specific gravity) consisting essentially of an elastic organic polymer substance which is preferably a material excellent in weather resistance and composed of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, plastics, etc. |
