SIPHON TUBE FOR MATERIAL TO BE PLATED

PURPOSE:To allow the well execution of prescribed treatment within the recess of a material to be plated by inserting one end of the inverted J-shaped siphon tube into the recess of the material to be plated and hanging the other end. CONSTITUTION:The one end 3a of the inverted J-shaped siphon tube 3 is inserted into the recess 2 of the material 1 to be plated in the posture that the aperture 2a of the recess 2 is faced upward and the other end 3b is directed downward. A treating liquid 5 freely infiltrates into the other end 3b of the siphon tube 3 before the aperture 2a of the material 1 to be plated arrives at the liquid surface 5a of the treating liquid 5. The treating liquid 5 intrudes into the recess 2 when the liquid surface 5a exceeds the aperture 2a of the material 1. The air in the siphon tube 3 moves to the upper part of the siphon tube 3 and stabilizes when the material 1 and the siphon tube 3 are immersed into the treating liquid 5. The treating liquid 5 remaining in the recess 2 of the material 1 is sucked from the aperture at one end 3a of the siphon tube 3 and flows out of the other end 3b into a treating tank 4 when the material to be plated is risen.
