The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry. It relates to a solution of a medicament for inhalation packaged in a sealed dispenser which contains a gas under pressure and which is equipped with a unidirectional outlet valve. Preferably, the valve is a proportioning valve which enables an aliquot of a solution of sodium cromoglycate and chlorbutol to be dispensed, the solution being administered by nebulisation against reversible obstructions of the airways.
