PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency by discriminating a message format and information data required for screen display and printing, overlapping with text data, displaying and correcting format information in a communication terminal. CONSTITUTION:A communication message transmitted from a host computer 1 is discriminated into text data and information data. Text data is displayed, or printed or is input-processed. Information data is developed or synthesized in an information file so as to execute an editing processing. Message format information and information data requid for display and printing are written from the host computer 1, written information data is called and it is overlapped with text data from the host computer 1. Then, format information in the communication terminal 2 is displayed or corrected. Thus, processing efficiency improves and the accumulation of data on a host computer 1 side is reduced. |
