<p>Electrical model of the flow of heat in a definite plane of a homogeneous solid comprises a slab of predetermined conductivity forming with the earth a predetermined capacitance per unit area, in which the flow of the current in a definite plane of the slab is analogous with that of the heat in a corresponding plane of the solid. Specif., if the ratio between the dimensions of the slab and the corresponding dimensions of the solid is E, then the constants of transposition of the capacity C and the resistance R are defined by the formulae: C = E.
