PURPOSE:To secure strength of a dome part without a reinforced fiber of the dome part being cut and improve adhesive strength between a flange and the dome, by constituting the title method so that an additional winding part for a mounting surface obtained by winding round a fitting part of the dome part is finished to fixed dimensions through cutting. CONSTITUTION:A dome part 23 is formed by winding-around of a continuous reinforced fiber such as a carbon fiber into which matrix resin is infiltrated, around an intermediate part of which the other continuous reinforced fiber such as the carbon fiber into which epoxy resin is infiltrated is wound additionally and an additional winding part 24 for a mounting surface is formed. After cure of the matrix resin, cutting processing of the additional winding part 24 is performed to fixed dimensions and a fitting park K in which mounting part of a flange 26 is fitted is formed. Rubber 25 is wound around the fitting park K over which the mounting part of the annular flange 26 is fitted. With this construction, not only an improvement in mounting accuracy of the flange without lowering strength of a pressure vessel but also strong fixation of the flange to the pressure vessel can be performed. |
