<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a printed laminated body superior in both adhesion strength and glass feeling, by a method wherein after preheating of a printing body at 40-110 deg.C, the same and a print-laminating film are pressurized and fused together at a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:A printed body 2 is preheated with preheat rolls 11, 12 kept at a temperature of 40-100 deg.C. The printed body 2 and a print-laminating film 1 are fed between a metallic endless belt 3 and pressurizing roll 5 so that a printed surface of the printing body 2 and a hot fusion polymer layer surface of the print-laminating film 1 face each other. Then they are pressurized and fused at a temperature of 80-140 deg.C and a laminated body is moved as a biaxially oriented polypropylene film surface comes into contact with the metallic endless belt 3. The metallic belt 3 is cooled by a water shower 7 prior to its arrival at a roll 6 and separated from the metallic endless belt 3. With this construction, intrusion of the metallic endless belt 3 into the printed surface and a flow of the same are improved and a printed laminated body, which is free from fine lumps and superior in gloss feeling, is obtained.</p> |
