PURPOSE:To prevent laminates from getting out of shape between thin bands by applying adhesives to one end of each section of developing laminates and joining each space between thin bands with adhesives in one end face of each section, thereby making each section face side to which adhesives are applied act as a starting end part for winding laminate blocks. CONSTITUTION:Adhesives A are applied to one end side of each section of developing laminates S1-S3 and a plurality of unit laminates U1-U4 are formed by dividing the developing laminates S1-S3 to which the adhesives A are applied. Then respective laminate blocks B1 are formed by laminating respective unit laminates U1-U4 after shifting the positions of them in the longitudinal direction. One end of each section face side of the laminate blocks B1 to which respective adhesives are applied in the order of increasing length of each block is made to act as a starting end part for winding the laminate blocks. The laminate blocks are wound on a spool for winding the laminate blocks having each outer circumferential length that is equal to the inner circumferential length of an iron core. Then, both ends of respective unit laminates U1-U4 in respective laminate blocks B1 are superimposed and joined. In this way, the deformation of the unit laminates U1-U3 as well as the left developing laminates S1-S3 which are taken out on the occasion of taking out the unit laminates U1-U3 from developing laminates S1-S2 is prevented. |
