PURPOSE:To prevent improper feeding and to obtain fresh printing quality without scumming by composing heat fusible ink of a heat fusible component containing polyethylene wax as a main ingredient, and a pigment coated with resin or additionally of spherical filler. CONSTITUTION:Heat fusible component containing polyethylene wax as a main ingredient is prepared, pigment covered with resin is charged in the component, heated, then finely dispersed, then cooled, and pulverized to provide finely particular heat fusible ink. Resin for forming porous layer is dissolved with mixture solvent of affinity solvent and low affinity solvent, heat fusible ink fine powder is charged therein, uniformly dispersed, a base material is then coated therewith, the solvent is evaporated, and dried to be manufactured. In this case, the heat fusible ink in which the pigment coated with resin is dispersed in the fusible component or spherical filler is further added thereto is employed. Fresh printings are obtained many times without almost scumming and without reducing a printing quality by such a heat transfer medium. |
