Connection overload interruption for centrally controlled exchange - has warning sound or message delayed from start of call interruption

In the event of interruption of connection-making, caused by overloads, the signalling out to the subscriber points of the calling subscribers, for instance the send out of the engaged signal, is started with a time delay compared to the isntant of the interruption. Pref. the amount of time delay is variable according to the degree of overload. The degree of overload may be determined by the duration and/or the magnitude of the overload, measured with respect to a set maximum normal loading.
