A GRP compressed air container, and one for compressed air brake equipment on vehicles in particular, has a cylindrical middle section and two overlapping glued-on ends; these ends are press mouldings; both they and the middle section have matching surfaces for glueing together, with at least one circumferential groove on the one and at least one matching rib on the other. ADVANTAGE - The prod. is cheaper than earlier counterparts. The individual parts (middle and ends) can be made as required e.g. with different lengths of middle section.
