<p>PURPOSE: To improve a capacity efficiency of a hydraulic motor or a pump by arranging a commutator composed of two members which move in a track passage on a separated surface, on a rotary valve arranged integratedly with the hydraulic motor or the pump. CONSTITUTION: A rotary valve which is suitable for use in a fluid rotary device having a Gerotor unit provided with a stator 24, a rotor 56, and a driving shaft 58, is provided with a commutator 10, a port member 12, a spacer 14, an end cover 16, and an eccentric cam 18, and the commutator 10 is rotated together with a valve chest eccentrically to a shaft of a cam 18 by means of rotation of the eccentric cam 18. The commutator 10 is composed of two members 72, 74, and they have outer surfaces which are brought into contact with the port member 12 and the end cover 16. A pair of annular grooves 84, 86 which are separated from each other are formed on an adjacent surfaces of both members 72, 74, and seal members composed of annular rings 76, 78 and metallic retainers 92, 94 are arranged on the annular grooves 84, 86.</p> |
