PURPOSE:To always grasp whether or not a control circuit is operable and to perform reliable management of a device at a lost cost by a method wherein by charging an energizing circuit with a given check current, check of the energizing circuit for a state and check of an energy reservoir for capacity are executed upon occasion. CONSTITUTION:In order to check whether or not a control circuit 1 is in a normal state, an energization control means is brought into an energized state for a given period by means of an energization control means 13. In this case, a check current having a given level too low to actuate a starting element 3 is caused to flow to an energizing circuit 4 connected to the output side of an energy reservoir 9 containing the energization control and a starting element 3. The flow of the check current causes provision of a detecting signal from a detecting means 21. The detecting level is checked for a level state by a first discriminating state 26, and it is discriminated whether or not the energizing circuit is normal. Meanwhile, a change in an output voltage generated as a result of a check current being fetched from the energy reservoir 9 is checked by a second discriminating part 27. |
