PURPOSE:To provide excellent flame retardant and heat-resistance, to prevent catching fire due to coil ignition and to make sound quality stable, by coating or immersing an organic bromine compound soluble in an organic solvent to a diaphragm taking cellulose fiber such as woodpulp as an essential component. CONSTITUTION:To a diaphragm 1 for speaker taking cellulose fiber such as woodpulp, bast fiber as an essential component, an organic bromine compound 2 which is soluble in an organic solvent such as alcohol benzene and acetone is coated by the spray or immersed in a solution dessolving the compound 2. Further, together with the compound 2, phenol resin soluble in an organic solvent is coated or immersed to the diaphragm 1. Excellent flame retardant properties is given to the diaphragm 1 with the organic bromine compound, the phenol resin gives heat-resistance, the time aging change is less to stabilize sound quality and catching fire of the diaphragm 1 due to coil ignition can be prevented. |
