PURPOSE:To achieve the reliable damping effect by forming the circumferential face of more than two members constructing a damping bearing such that it is eccentric against the axis of the inner circumferential face of the housing thereby maintaining the gap around the circumference of the damper section uniform. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumferential face 3b at the step section 3b of a bearing 3 has the diameter (do) defined by the center (Xo) coaxial with the axis (X) of a rotary shaft 1, while the bearing face 3a has the diameter (d1) defined by the center (X1) having the downward eccentric amount B1 against the axis X. While the outer circumferential face 5a of the damper section constructing member 5 has the diameter Do defined by the center Yo coaxial with the axis X, and the inner circumferential face 5b has the diameter D1 defined by the center Y1 having the upward eccentric amount B2 against the axis X. In order to rotary secure the bearing 3 and the damper section constructing member 5 at the random position, a pluralit of bolt holes 12 for the bolt 9 are made at the step section 8 of the bearing 3. |
