PURPOSE:To reduce a cost through sharp reduction of a sewing process by a method wherein both ends of a cylindrical hollow weave fabric are closed in a joined singlet texture zone, tour corners are chamfered by adhesion, and a polygonal bag part is formed at the inside. CONSTITUTION:A hollow weave fabric 10 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and is closed in a joined singlet texture zone 5 throughout a range of a given length. Cutting is effected at a cutting line 12 at the central part of each zone 5 to form a fabric piece 11 the both ends of which are closed in the bonded singlet texture zone 5. Four corners 6 of the fabric piece 11 are chamfered by adhesion 7 or sewn. Thus, in the fabric piece 11, both ends 5a and 5b are closed by the bonded singlet texture substance, the four corners 6 are adhered by adhesion, and other end surfaces 4a and 4b are left in a bagform state. Therefore, the interior of double hollow weave fabrics 2 and 3 forms a closed space, and a product is acted as an air bag. Thus, a sewing work is sharply reduced and a cost is reduced. |
