PURPOSE: To reduce the size of an electrical actuation device and enlarge the circulating sectional area by energizing a valve element of a valve with a seat of a control device by the force of an air spring and a closure spring in the valve closure direction, opening the valve by the force of the electrical actuation device and auxiliary pressure, and stopping addition of auxiliary pressure in response to an electric signal given with valve opening. CONSTITUTION: When an air spring 1 is contracted by load and the vehicle body level is lowered, a level measuring device 11 is operated and a signal is input to an electronic control device 15. Whereupon, control signals are respectively output from the control output ends 19, 20 to a switching valve 3 and from the control output end 16 to an electrically actuating device 23 of a switching valve 2. Thus, a pressure medium is supplied from a pressure supply source 5 to open the valves in co-operation with the electrically actuating device 23. Then, the pressure medium is supplied to the air spring 1 through a conduit 7 so that the level is returned to the normal condition. Subsequently, the switching valves 2, 3 are put in shut-off positions. By this arrangement, the electrically actuating device can be reduced in size.
