<p>Signal sequence DNA encodes the amino acid sequence (Sequence ID. No. 1) or a conservatively modified variant of said amino acid sequence. It is useful for incorporation into recombinant DNA constructs of a poxvirus and a foreign gene in order to facilitate secretion of the expression product of the foreign gene.</p> |
