摘要 Ceramic welding powder for welding low alloy steels contains in wt. % 20-30 roasted magnesite, 30-40 synthetic slag, 10-20 a component contg. at least 95% alpha Al203, 2-10 wollastonite, 1-5 crystalline limestone, 1.5-4 barium fluoride, 0.1-1.5 haematite, 0.4-2 ferrotitanium, 0.1-0.5 ferroboron, 1-2.5 Mn, 7-10 sodium silicate. The ratio of total amt. magnesite, 2/3 synthetic slag and H2 wollastonite to total amount of component contg. alpha at Al203, H3 synthetic slag, H2 wollastonite and 2/3 sodium silicate is 1.3-1.45 (1.4-1.45) and the ratio of Ti to B is 11.2-30. (13-18). USE/ADVANTAGE - Welding low alloy steels used in construction of floating drilling rigs and ships. Ensures a good impact toughness at low temps.
