PURPOSE:To accurately mold a molding material having thixotropy without sag and extension by applying vibration or agitating the material, then discharging it by an ink jet head via a pump, laminating and curing it. CONSTITUTION:A molding material contained in a tank 11 for the molding material contains photocurable substance as a main ingredient. In order to enhance thixotropy, the substance is dispersed in fine particles in water or organic solvent, or various additives having large polarization are added for use. In order to increase fluidity of the material, it is agitated by an agitator 12, or/and vibration is applied thereto by a vibrator 13 such as a piezoelectric element, etc., thereby cutting the weak bond between the molecules of the mate rial, and the material is maintained in sol easy to be discharged until it is discharged from an ink jet head 15. After it is discharged and laminated on a molding stage 15, the material becomes gel, thereby scarcely causing sag and extension. When it is irradiated with a light, an accurate molding is performed. |
