PURPOSE:To enable long-term preservation of a product which generates carbon dioxide gas by a method wherein two flanges of an inner and an outer are provided with a slit provided on a gas-barrier type vessel body while the inner flange is sealed by a gas transmitting inner lid and after gas absorbent is put in, the outer flange is sealed by a gas-barrier type outer lid. CONSTITUTION:Seal flanges comprising an inner flange 6 and an outer flange 7 are provided on different positions on a vessel 2 having gas-barrier property. Food 1 generating carbon dioxide gas for example is put in, the inner flange 6 is sealed 6 is sealed by a lid 5 having gas permeable property with the lid 5 in contact with the food 1 generating carbon dioxide gas, carbon dioxide absorbent 4 is sealed outside the flange 6, this part is substituted by inactive gas, and the outer flange 7 is sealed by a gas-barrier type lid 3. With this constitution, the carbon dioxide gas generated from the food 1 generating carbon dioxide gas is absorbed in the carbon dioxide gas absorbent 4 through the gas permeable lid 5. Thus the gas-barrier type lid 3 does not expand and is kept in shape under good conditions. Long-term preservation of the contents if also possible. |
