<p>PURPOSE:To prevent muddy water from flowing out ahead and enhance the rigidity of the peripheral part of a notch by providing a spacer extendedly at the back of a side combination lamp, alongside the periphery of notch for fitting of the lamp, which is cut in a front fender. CONSTITUTION:A front fender 1 is provided with a flange 4 and a notch 3 for fitting of a side combination lamp 2 at the front end, and also a lower edge flange 5 is formed at the bottom of the side. A bumper 7 is fixed to the bumper mounting part 6 of this lower edge flange 5. A spacer 16 is installed extendedly at the back of the lamp 2. A swollen part 17 is formed at the periphery of this spacer 16, and a sponge rubber 15 is adhered to this swolen part 17. Thereby the muddy water A having flowed onto the oversurface of the lower edge flange 5 is checked by the spacer 16 and exhausted to inside of the car body. The low rigidity part B of the notch 3 is supported by the spacer 16 and reinforced.</p> |
