The wheel including inner rim-motch, converts an increase of centrifugal force or centripetal force, generated rom the balance breakage between two forces, into self-accelerating. The wheel has a fornt wheel (2) whith vertical arm (c) being in contact with a middle support plate (1) having sliding groove (5); a rear wheel (3) with horizontal arm (c'); sliding bolt (4) for clamping two wheels (2),(3) and the plate (1). Rim notch(d') and inclined pan (7) are mounted on the end of wheels for generating self-acceleration using centrifugal force.
