摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce weight, to enhance hardness, wear resistance and to decrease thermal expansion coefficient by curing a base material layer, a first winding layer, a second winding layer and an elastic layer by heating and pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:A base material layer 12 is composed by winding two layers of prepreg or glass cloth or carbon cloth on a core metal 11 as a center core. A first winding layer 14 is formed by sequentially winding fiber 13 on the layer 12 to be rotated together with the metal 11, an inclining angle of the fiber 13 to the axial center of the core 11 is 45 degrees, and the number of windings is 6 layers. A second winding layer 15 is formed in the same method as the layer 14, an inclining angle to the core 11 is 75 degrees, and the number of windings is 3 layers. A hollow material 10 of reinforced plastic is formed by forming an elastic layer 16 of synthetic resin outside the layer 15, heating, pressurizing and vulcanizing it.
