PURPOSE:To make possible the reduction of power capacity and an assured packaging while being able to combine easily with various types of packaging machines by a method wherein the wind starting part and wind finishing part of a film are collected in a strap shape and cut by thermal fusing to reinforce the cut ends by welding, and fixed on a pallet using staples. CONSTITUTION:A device table 5 advances up to the girder of a pallet, and a film is placed on the upper surfaces of 6, 11. By operating claws 7, 7 and making the claws 7, 7 reach claws 8 and 9 at lower parts of 6, 11, the film is collected in a strap shape between 8 and 9. In this case, while the claws 7, 8 grip the film firmly, the claws 7, 9 grip the film loosely at a degree where the film can slide sideways. Then, a stapler 12 drives a staple on the girder of the pallet to fix a wind finishing end of the film in a vicinity of the claw 9 by placing the staple across the strap shaped film. Then, by the trust force of 14, the stapler 12 moves on 13, and the staple driving part moves to a vicinity of 8. At the same time when the device table 5 starts reversing, the claw 9 is connected with power and heated, and the film is cut by fusing and set by welding. |
