PURPOSE:To carry out wiring and binding a group of wires efficiently and make the size of the apparatus small by installing a head part having a wire supplying part and a binding system and automatically forming a wire harness molded body. CONSTITUTION:A group of wires 2 are relayed to a head part 14 having a binding system 12 of multi-mounting and -binding part from a wire supplying part 1. The head part 14 holding a group of the wires 2 is moved successively to a connector 16 on cassette plates 10A, 10B placed being face to face in a near distance by a caved part 15 and the middle parts of the wires are sagged in the caved part 15 and packed and wired. Then, the wires are press-bound to connectors successively and thus a wire harness formed products A having press-bound connector-bearing wires in a desired wiring pattern is automatically prepared. In this way, the running distance and the number of ruing strokes of the head part 14 to press-bind and wire the wires are decreased and efficiency of wiring a group of wires and press-binding them is improved. Moreover since the plates 10A, 10B are set to be close, the space for forming the wire harness can be made small. |
