PURPOSE:To prevent the inconformity of a load capacity with the set value of an interrupting power by a method wherein the interrupting power is set preliminarily and temporarily in the initial period setting unit of a demand controller and the interrupting power is operated from the changing amount of present powers before and after control automatically after interrupting control. CONSTITUTION:An interrupting power upon initial control is set preliminarily in an interrupting power initial setting unit 20 as N% (N is a positive integer of 0<N<100) of an objective power setting value. After first time control, the changing amounts P1, P2 of present powers before and after the control are obtained by a present power measuring unit 23 through pulses from a pulse input unit 21. A formula; 30 ( P1, P2)/ T(KW) is operated in an interrupting power operating unit 25 to set it as the interrupting power upon control after second time control. In this case, an operating time interval is T min. and a demand time limit is 30min. The upper limit and the lower limit of the interrupting power are set separately in an interrupting power upper limit setting unit 27 and an interrupting power lower limit setting unit 25. According to this method, the interrupting powers fur each circuits are operated and set automatically whereby a time for setting them manually may be omitted. |
