<p>PURPOSE:To improve the appearance of an object to be coated, to enhance handling properties and to also enhance productivity and product value, in raising the pressures in upper and lower space parts, by turning a coating sheet material to the rear part of the object to be coated by the pressure difference between both space parts. CONSTITUTION:At first, an upper vacuum box 6 is opened and an object 1 to be coated is held to the upper part of a holder 5. Next, a coating sheet material 2 is placed on a frame part 10 and the upper surface of a lower vacuum box 7 is covered with the upper vacuum box 6 and internal air is sucked from both vent holes 8, 9 to bring upper and lower space parts 12, 13 to a vacuum state. Subsequently, a lift table 4 is raised to position the object 1 to be coated on the upper side of the coating sheet material 2 to be coated with the coating sheet material 2 and, thereafter, a valve is opened to raise atmospheric pressure. Herein, by releasing the pressures in the upper and lower space parts 13, 12 in such a state that the pressure P1 in the lower space part 12 is lower than the pressure P2 in the upper space part 13, the end part of the coating sheet material 2 can be allowed to get in from the surface part of the object 1 to be coated to the rear part thereof without hindrance by the air flow pressure caused by the pressure difference between both space parts.</p> |
