PURPOSE:To float up a metering apparatus and recover it by cutting an engagement wire for the metering apparatus installed onto a sea animal by a timing means. CONSTITUTION:A wire for mounting a metering apparatus onto a sea animal is inserted into a small hole 30b. The period up to the cutting of the wire is set by a half nut 12a, and the nut and a slidable piece 11 are shifted leftward by a feeding screw 5 for time set which is revolved by a quartz motor 1. The inclined surfaces 28 and 29 of stop clutches 23 and 24 are pushing-spread little by little by the leftward advance of the sliding piece 11. After the lapse of a predetermined period, the engagement of the clutches 23 and 24 with the hook at the rear part of a cutter 18 is released, and the cutter 18 is urged by a spring 26, and the wire inserted into the small hole 30b is cut, and then the metering apparatus is floated up. |
