PURPOSE:To obtain a forecast at a high speed with high accuracy by preliminarily inputting the weather change tendency peculiar to the region concerned as a fuzzy rule and using fuzzy inference. CONSTITUTION:The signals of a temp. sensor 1, a humidity sensor 2 and an atmospheric pressure sensor 3 are sent to a fuzzy inference apparatus 7 at a predetermined interval through a sample holding circuit. The fuzzy inference apparatus 7 operates the optimum output value based on the fuzzy rule stored in a fuzzy rule memory 8 according to fuzzy inference corresponding to the adaptation degree of the membership functions of those input signals and the operation result is made non-fuzzy to obtain output which is, in turn, sent to a rainy weather probability display device 13, a cloudy weather probability display device 14, a snow probability display device 15 and a fine weather probability display device 16. |
