PURPOSE:To automatically control the volume of a sounding body to an optimum level in correspondence to an environmental condition such as surrounding volume, by detecting the volume around the sounding body and the number of persons and using fuzzy inference. CONSTITUTION:The surrounding volume is detected by a volume sensor 1 and sent to a fuzzy inference part 3 and the number of surrounding passengers M, etc., on a platform is detected by a human body detection sensor 2 and sent to the fuzzy inference part 3. In the fuzzy inference part 3, based on the inputted volume and number of the persons, the optimum volume level in the condition is calculated by using the fuzzy inference and the value of the optimum level is sent to a volume control part 4. Based on the inputted volume level, the volume control part 4 controls the volume to be outputted by a speaker 5. Thus, the volume of the speaker 5 is increased or decreased in correspondence to the volume or noise, etc., or the number of the persons on the platform and broadcasted contents are transmitted to the passengers without fail. Further, the volume is automatically controlled not to be the high level more than need. |
