PURPOSE:To more surely and more simply generate a business form by converting a definition of a business form generating program to parts at every pattern, registering in advance many parts in a parts store part, and selecting necessary parts. CONSTITUTION:A business form generating device 3-3 sets conditions in order by a retrieving part, taken out parts conforming with its conditions, collates its parts by a parts collating part, and outputs it to a work file 3-4. A processing data file 3-5 stores in advance data to be printed out to a business form, and a work file 3-4 stores temporarily overlap information corresponding to a parameter selected by each screen. In a data coupling part 3-6, the overlay information stored in the work file 3-4 and the data stored in the processing data file 3-5 are superposed, and at the time of a final output, a business form 3-7 is outputted by a printer being an output device. In such a way, the business form can be generated easily. |
