PURPOSE:To improve heating efficiency and productivity by forming an oxygen pumping action part and a strip part in the same planar shape as a unitary body on a stabilized zirconia pellet, and forming electrodes and their lead parts and a heater and its lead part as a unitary body by printing, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A stabilized zirconia pellet 10 comprises the following parts: an oxygen pumping action part 10a, and a strip shaped part 10b which is formed in a planar shape from one side of the action part 10a as a unitary body. Electrodes 12 and their lead parts 12a are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the oxygen pumping action part 10a and the strip shaped part 12b as a unitary body by printing. A crystallized glass layer 13 comprises the following parts; a dome part 13a covering the cathode electrode side of the oxygen pumping action part 10a of the pellet 10, and a strip-shaped cover part 13b covering the upper surface of the strip shaped part 10b. A heater 15 and its lead 15a are formed on the upper surfaces of the dome part 13a and the cover part 13b of a crystallized glass layer 13 as a unitary body by printing. |
