PURPOSE:To simplify a picture image forming process by driving a pair of feeding rollers to feed a decalcomania paper directly to the surface of a sensitive material when feeding of the decalcomania paper to a picture image forming device is detected. CONSTITUTION:A detecting. means 41 for detecting the existence of a decalcomania paper is provided in the upperstream side of the decalcomania paper feeding direction of a pair of paper feeding rollers 7 to which the paper is directly handed for feeding by an operator. When paper feeding of the decalcomania paper to a picture image forming device is detected by the detecting means 41, the pair of paper feeding rollers 7 are driven to directly feed the decalcomania paper (post card) to the surface of a sensitive material 8.
