PURPOSE:To stably supply air without rotational speed fluctuation in a fractional time span by providing a deviation-insensitive zone in the deviation proportional section. CONSTITUTION:The setting section 12 comprises a basic value setting section 13 which sets the basic value, a rotational speed setting section 14 which sets the rotational speed and a deviation comparison section 21 which compares the deviation between the set rotational speed by the rotational speed setting section 14 and the detected rotational speed by a rotational speed detecting means 20 and a predetermined deviation-insensitive zone and, if the deviation is inside the deviation-insensitive zone, the correction amount is made zero. Provisions are also made for a proportional term computing section 22 which computes the correction amount in proportion to the value outside the deviation-insensitive zone when the deviation is outside the deviation-insensitive zone and an integration term computing section 23 which computes the correction amount in proportion to the cumulative value of deviations. Provisions are further made for an output value computing section 24 which outputs the sum of the basic output value by the basic value setting section 13, the computation result by the proportional term computing section 22 and the computation result by the integration term computing section 23. By this constitution, the motor speed can be continuously changed to supply combustion air at a stable rate. |
