PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize the high speed property of a pulse laser by providing a laser outgoing means and a splitting means for splitting a laser beam into plural beams, and executing the marking by using the split laser beams with a metallic plate having plural passing holes. CONSTITUTION:The subject device is provided with a beam expander 11 for expanding a laser beam 16, a reducer 12 for deforming the expanded laser beam to an elliptical shape, and a metallic plate 13. The metallic plate has two passing hole parts 14a, 14b. Accordingly, by expanding and deforming the laser beam 16 and allowing it to pass through the metallic plate having plural transmission holes, the laser beam is brought to space division simultaneously and physically. Subsequently, the laser beam passes through a fiber through a coupling lens, collimated by an emitting lens 7 and passes through a mask 8. This laser beam is transferred to works 15a, 15b, respectively by the action of an image forming lens 9. In such a manner, the high speed property of a pulse laser can be utilized efficiently. |
