PURPOSE:To improve the draft processing efficiency and to attain an economical improvement by storing money amount data by allowing it to correspond to an intrinsic code at the time of reception processing of a draft and executing the printing to a prescribed position at the time of printing processing. CONSTITUTION:In a window transaction device 1, when an intrinsic code of a draft is read by a first reading means 15, and the amount of money mentioned in the draft is brought to operation input by an operation input means 11, it is brought to transaction processing by a processing means 13. A data storage device 2 stores the intrinsic code transmitted from the window transaction device 1 and money amount data in a storage means 21. As for the draft whose transaction processing is ended, in a recorder 3, first of all, the intrinsic code is read from the draft by a second reading means 35, transmitted to the data storage device 2 by a transmitting/receiving means 36, the money amount data read out of the storage means 21 of the data storage device 2 is received by the transmitting/receiving means 36 of the recorder 3, and a printing means 34 prints the received money amount data in a prescribed position of the draft. In such a way, the processing of the draft can be ended by a single operation input, the manhour of an input is curtailed and the processing time can be shortened. |
