PURPOSE:To inspect the comparison check function of microprocessors by giving different data to two microprocessors, which perform the same operation and one of them is used for normal operation and the other is used for operation check, from a data inspection means and comparing the outputs of two microprocessors. CONSTITUTION:Different data are given to microprocessors 111 and 113 by an inspection means 115, and microprocessors 111 and 113 execute the same program to output different outputs to a comparing means 117. The comparing means 117 compares the outputs of microprocessors 111 and 113 with each other to detect that they are different from each other. Thus, the checking function of an MPU is inspected in the device assembling state. |
