PURPOSE:To select music even if the name is not known only when the words of a song and melody, both of which correspond to the music, are learnt by using the words of music and melody, both of which are inputted from a microphone as music selection information. CONSTITUTION:Recognition means 7 and 11 which refers information on the words of the song and melody as music selection information stored by means 5 and 9 to information on the words of the song and melody, both of which correspond to a registered performance stored by means 6 and 10 and which output recognition information when they agree are provided and music is selected by recognition information. Thus, music can be selected if the words of the song and melody, both of which correspond to the music, are learnt even in the case of music selection when music whose name is not known is selected that is to be abandoned in a conventional case. Then, the music selecting operation can easily be executed at a place apart from a KARAOKE device. |
